Trekking simply means to hike or walk through a varied landscapes. It may be through the mountain areas or just a walk in the countryside with the purpose of exploring and enjoying the natural scenery.

Trekking is different from hiking in many ways. While trekking is a multi-day walk where trekkers' physical ability, psychological readiness, stamina, and endurance play a vital role to face the daily trekking challenges. Whereas, in another hand, hiking is a daily activity that does not require much stamina as compared to trekking.

Different from both hiking and trekking, climbing is a lot more challenging than hiking and trekking.
Climbing is challenging also because the climber requires various technical skills related to abseiling,
rope fixing, and many more. Apart from this, the climber needs specialized training to use the
equipment as well.
