Nar Phu valley trek is also one of the popular Annapurna circuits, which is largely not connected by mass tourism and the modern world. It is known as ‘the hidden valley trek’.

Taking all things as normal as there are higher chances of altitude sickness you must have proper planning for the reduction or preventative for that thing.

The Vegetation of that place gradually changes to alpine and subalpine scrub including this has favored by both bharal (blue sheep) and snow leopards. The valley also offers medieval Tibetan culture. It is in an undisturbed form which dramatically shows the mountains view and great alpine scene.

Move from the west over the Thorong La Pass and down from the lower Mustang before you move on Jomsom and take a flight to Pokhara and head back to Kathmandu next day.

Meet at Kathmandu TIA, Transfer to hotel, After refresh come to the office for the briefing of the tour. Meet your guide and take all the equipment needed for trekking with your trekking permit.

Take your breakfast and move for the full day sightseeing in Kathmandu.You can visit different UNESCO sites such as Pashupatinath, swayambhunath, Boudhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, etc.

On returning to the hotel you can enjoy the local life, food, and drinks.

You should take a local bus to Besi Sahar from Prithvi Highway. You will reach Besi Sahar or Bhulbhule at the time of Lunch, Take Jeep to Dharapani (1960 m) from the new River, enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.

Passing through small Tibetan villages, on the trail you can find rhododendron forest to Dharapani. If we are late, we should stay in Jagat.

On the way, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views of Annapurna II and Manaslu ranges on the way to Koto. Koto is a tiny village dominated by Gurung people and other ethnic groups. They are mainly influenced by the Buddhist Tibetans. Overnight stay at camp in Koto.

We will start our 14 days Nar Phu valley trek from Koto traveling through a steep and narrow path along the dense forest. Today’s walk will finish on walking in the shade of deep gorge through Nar Phu Khola.

After crossing from the Phu Khola, a very beautiful, charming riverside hot spring is seen. When we are ongoing on the trail we can see ducks under waterfalls that arrives at Dharamshala. After that overnight stay at Dharamshala.

On hiking there arrives a Meta 3700m. It has different low shrubs, juniper, white rocks, scattered evergreens, orange leafy bushes, and crumbling shelves of flat slate and white, sandy trails. You will see the clear view of Nar Phu from there with monastery and chorten.

Jhunam (3640m) we arrived at Chamakh (3800), formerly a Khampa settlement. Passing through many chores, downhill and uphill then, at last, we arrive valley Kayang. You will a super up view of Pisang peak, Annapurna II, gyoji Kang, etc.

You will see a submarine rock with a small campsite. From Kajang, you swing into the dry desertlike gorge at the Phu Khola.

It provides you the view of three villages of Phu, an old “dzong” and the remains of the two forts, which are all ruins now. Sleep in camp.

Spend your day in Phu valley explore and experience the living styles people, the food they eat and live. Phu itself is an interesting village and we can see the villagers catteling their yak and sheep wool. Phu village is snow-covered completely and deserted in winter. Stay in camp.

We should trek back to Phu gate Khyang, Charkha and Jhunam at the place of junction get the trail branches right to Nar. Along the way, we see the beautiful gorges and some breathtaking scenery. Night say at Nar camp.

This trail goes through the grazing field with a beautiful little stream on the left side. It leads through the village with the view of Pisang Peak to yak the grazing in the Alps.

Yak pastures and descend seen at the head of the valley. Overnight stay at Kang La Phedi.

We can see the awesome view of Kang la pass. It provides a magnificent view of Pisang peak, Tilicho peak, Gangapurna, Annapurna II, and the airport at Hongdae.

Descend overlooking the picturesque of Yak and sheep shelter brings you Ngwal after the long day walk. Ngwal is a beautiful, old village of cobbled streets, prayer wheels are seen. overnight at camp in Pisang.

After having breakfast drive back to Beshi Sahar from Pisang village.

See the Pokhara life and the beautiful view of lakeside also boating in the lakeside liver. Overnight stay at Pokhara.

Refresh in the hotel and visit the city for shopping. Departure from Tribhuvan International Airport.
