The Annapurna Panorama View trek is an easy/moderate trek. It involves 5 to 6 hours of daily walking through lush forested hills and small mountain villages. The trail is rugged and rocky in some places.

You will ascend and descend throughout the way, so decent fitness is required. Previous trekking experience is unnecessary, but uphill and downhill walking requires fit trekkers.

Compared to most of the treks in Nepal, the Annapurna Panorama View trek has low altitudes, so the risk of altitude sickness is also lower. Our itinerary is well designed. It slowly ascends, which allows you to have ample acclimatization days.

The highest point on this trek is 3,210 meters, which is not much. However, you have to be careful and follow preventive measures. Keep yourself hydrated, listen to your body, and ascend slowly. If you follow this advice, you will be able to complete the trek without suffering from altitude sickness.

Accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara is three-star hotels. You will get private rooms and washrooms. During trekking, you will spend nights in basic lodges. Rooms are shared between two or three trekkers in lodges. Single rooms are available but cost extra money.

Washrooms are also shared in the lodges. Western-style toilets are available in all villages along the trail. To be on the safe side, pack toilet paper, soap, and other toiletries. You can get services like WiFi, charging, and hot showers at an extra fee.

The sleeping bag is not required for the Annapurna Panorama View trek. However, if you feel comfortable in a sleeping bag, carry it. The mobile network remains unstable along the trail. A power bank and universal adapter are recommended.

Likewise, for meals, you will get dal bhat, porridge, fried rice, stew, curries, thukpa, momo, noodles, soups, French fries, mashed potatoes, burgers, pizza, pasta, etc.

For breakfast, there are options like sausages, cornflakes, toast, eggs, oatmeal, muesli, pancakes, etc. Different kinds of teas and coffee are also available, along with boiled drinking water.

The best time to trek in the Annapurna region is March to May and September to November. The sky remains clear in these months, so you will see spectacular mountain vistas. Likewise, these months also have stable weather and the finest climate to enjoy walking in nature.

The climate will not be too hot or too cold, but you have to wear warm clothes, especially at night and in the mornings. You will also enjoy the Annapurna Panorama View trek in the winter season if you love snow and cold. The winter scenery is breathtaking. The sky is mostly cloudless, so the views are crystal clear.
