Annapurna Ghandruk Village Trek - 8 Days

As we land in Kathmandu Airport, one of our airport representatives will receive you at the Tribhuvan International Airport. S/he will help you transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at Kathmandu.

We will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu by bus takes around 6 hours. On the way, we will pass from side to side with terrace farms. We can see villages as well as cities with stunning views of snow-topped peaks.

Pokhara holds three mesmerizing lakes in its region- Phewa, Rupa and Begnas. At Pokhara, we can also get pleasure from sightseeing at well-liked tourist areas like Davi’s fall, Gupteshore cave, renowned Fewa Lake. You can enjoy boating in fewa lake and visit Tal barahi temple lying in the heart of the lake

You can also sail to the next shore of the lake and hike to Peace Stupa etc. Overnight in a hotel.

As we finish our breakfast in Pokhara, we will drive to Phedi on this day taking a private vehicle which takes around an hour.

After that, we will walk to Dhampus Village taking another two hours. We will actually have an enjoyable walk as we will get to see astonishing vistas of Annapurna Himalayan range and Manaslu range along with popular Mt. Machhapuchhre.

We will also pass by a cool shaded area full of trees to reach Dhampus village. Overnight at guesthouse or lodge.

Moving ahead from Dhampus Village, on this day, we will make way up and pass by Deurali edge. Deurali also offers a remarkable vista of the snow-topped peaks and beautiful landscapes.

We will also walk through Pothana which presents memorable views of Annapurna Himalayan range including the Mt. Machhapuchhre and Manaslu range. It takes around 4 hours to reach Tolka Village from Dhampus Village. Overnight at tea house.

This is one of the most significant days of the trek. After having our breakfast, we will walk to Ghandruk village from Tolka taking around 5 hours. Ghandruk lies at the elevation of 1900m and seems like the village is unaffected by modernity. On the way, you can notice beautiful sub-tropical valleys, dense rhododendron woods and icy waterfalls.

Here, you can also notice villagers, apart from farming spend their time weaving baskets, clothes and manage their resources.

We can also view enormous Himalayan vistas of Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Machapurhre (Fish Tail) (6993m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Tukuche (6920m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South (7219m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and many other peaks. Overnight at tea house.

Trekking for approximately 2 hours, we will walk down to reach Syaulibazar. On the way, we will also pass the grazing lands in the Modi River valley.

We will stroll downhill with green cultivated and amazingly conserved farms to the Modi River. Next we will drive back to Pokhara for 2 hrs. Overnight at hotel.

On this day, after having our breakfast we will take the tourist bus from Pokhara to return to Kathmandu which is 200 km drive. In Kathmandu, you will return back to the hotel. At hotel, you can just relax. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Today is the last day in Nepal. Our staff will drive you to the airport to bid farewell.
