Bardia National Park is the largest park of the country that lies in the lowland or western Terai. The park covers an area of 968 sq. km. It was established to protect the ecosystems and conserve the tiger and other species of animals.

Initially, in 1976, the small area that was named as the Karnali Wildlife Reserve, with the passing of time, people over 1500 families came to resettle in the area and government allowed them to do although the areas was protected. Slowly the wildlife flourished in the area, then the government extended the area and renamed as Bardia Wildlife reserve in 1982, and same place later on government gave the status of the National Park in 1988.

Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment.

After breakfast, transfer to the Bardia National Park by air. On reaching welcome drinks and briefing about the programmes Visit to crocodile breeding center and tharu village. Jungle drive whole day with packed lunch.Overnight Resort.

Wake up call followed by tea or coffee. Breakfast, jungle walk, dugout canoe ride, elephant back safari, western Nepal tharu dance. Overnight at resort.

Wake up call followed by tea or coffee. Breakfast and then, whole day jungle walk with packed lunch, walk to Rhino’s, Elephant’s and Tiger’s territory up to Gola, Dolphin Place. Come back to resort. Overnight at resort.

After breakfast, back to Kathmandu by flight.

Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
