Early in the morning, after breakfast drive by tourist bus to the rafting start point Charaudi by private car. After that go for rafting for 3 hours and when you finish rafting at 3 pm drive back to Kathmandu or Pokhara.

No. You don’t need prior experience or a special class before rafting.
Since you will be wearing the life jacket throughout the rafting, it will work as an excellent flotation device. And in case you fall in the river, remember to hang on the paddle, grab the raft or look for a rope attached to the raft.
No, you don’t need any kinds of medical certificates to do Trishuli River Rafting.

During your Trishuli River rafting, we recommend you to wear long sleeves shirts and shorts/pants that can dry quickly. And for shoes, you can wear strapped sandals or waterproof shoes that are light and water friendly. Other than the clothes and shoes, make sure that you wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses, and if you are carrying your phone, make sure that you have a waterproof case.
You can click as many photos as you want ahead of the rafting, but we do not recommend you to carry the camera during the rafting as the water may damage your camera.
