Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

3. Payment from Western Union

It is the easier and cheaper way to transfer the money.

4. Our Online payment

You can also make payment from our online payment system. There will be 4% charge for transaction through online payment system by the bank. You can find the link for our online payment system at the bottom of our website page.

5. Payment of the Balance

Rest of the money, when you arrive in Kathmandu, pay us in our company full amount before trip departure. If you pay by credit card you can pay through Master Card, VISA Card and American Express. There will be extra 13% local government tax (VAT) for any payment made through bank. Hence 13% payment will be extra charge for you. Considering this we would like to suggest you to pay the charges through ATM or if you are carrying cash money please bring any convertible currency in Nepal.

6. Refund

No refund will be made for trip advance deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason as the advance deposit money will be under tax and VAT process. Having paid full amount of any trip, you will get your money back but still cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.

Travel and Medical Insurance:

TGTA do not offer its customers any kind of travel insurance. Customers should purchase by themselves. Insurance must cover medical, accidental, natural disasters, emergency evacuation and trip cancellation expenses along with baggage and gears’ lost, theft or damage.

7. Supplement Charge

On our holidays tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room /tent with according to your trip.

8. Incomplete Tour

No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey due to your reason regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

If Trekking Guide Team Adventure Company Pvt. Ltd has to cancel your trip because of last minute circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. If you say that you don’t want the replaced trip, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

10. Clients’ Responsible

A tour / trek guide who represents Trekking Guide Team Adventure Company deserves all authority during your tours as trekking guide is following the standard program prepared as per the Nepal Government rules and regulations. Tour / trek guide decision should be respected. Respect the local rule and culture. If you commit any unlawful act, you are responsible to leave the tour.

11. Impact on your journey

As Nepal is an underdeveloped country, our country’s facility and standard cannot match as per yours. But we will always provide you the best facility and service as per Nepal’s standard.

12. Travel Insurance

You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter, theft, lost of luggage, evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.

13. Tour Amendment

To make changes in any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is compulsory. You’re advised to stay in touch with us and inform us about any of your updates.. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.

14. Papers & Documents

All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

16. Flight Delay/Cancellation

There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc. In such case your itinerary will be modified.

17. TGTA mission is to finance its community enhancement programs through the revenues generated by tourism. The proceeds from any TGTA organized tour and trek goes 5% directly to uplift educational status of needy children of rural areas of Nepal.

18 .Voluntarily/Optional: School supplies (pens, notebooks, colored pencils etc…). These gifts can be directly turned over to our company when you arrive in Kathmandu. And we will arrange them to distribute through our proper channels.

19. Risk & Liabilities: We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey. We perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of their own policies. Trekking Guide Team adventure Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spot

21. Trip information about Kathmandu to Lukla to Kathmandu flight

The Everest trek includes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Sometimes the weather of Lukla becomes bad, at which time the flight cannot take place. So, in this case, there may be delay or cancel of the flights. You will have to be prepared for this. This does not always happen but may sometimes happen depending on the weather condition. The weather of Lukal is unpredictable, that’s why.

We recommend you to have few more days after the trek incase the flight is delayed or canceled. If you have tight schedule, it will be hard to manage your return flight. So, even the trip days 16 days, we recommend you to have 2 to 3 extra days. If the flight does not happen for 2 to 3 days, then we will divert you to Annapurna Base Camp Trek and Kathmandu to Pokhara flight for your benefit.

We also recommend you to have extra budget for helicopter charter to return back from Lukla to Kathmandu. The helicopter cost is 3500 USD charter flight. It will be approx 500 USD per person which is pay us cash or credit card.
