Overview of the Annapurna Ghandruk Village Trek – 8 Days (Annapurna Cultural Village Trek)
We will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu to start our Annapurna Cultural Village Trek. On the way, we will pass by terrace farms, villages as well as cities with striking views of snow-topped peaks.
From Pokhara, we will drive to Phedi and then walk to Dhampus Village. This presents astonishing vistas of Annapurna Himalayan range and Manaslu range along with popular Mt. Machhapuchhre.
We will also walk ahead from Deurali which too bestows remarkable vista of the snow-topped peaks and beautiful landscapes. Then, we will reach the most awaited set of the trek i.e. Ghandruk village which lies at the elevation of 1900m.
On the way, you can observe beautiful sub-tropical valleys, opaque rhododendron woods, and icy waterfalls. Notably, the massive Himalayan vistas of Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Machhapuchhre (Fish Tail) (6993m), Tukuche (6920m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South (7219m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and many other peaks will completely allure us.

Day 01: Meet Our Representative at Kathmandu Airport & Transfer to Hotel.
As we land in Kathmandu Airport, one of our airport representatives will receive you at the Tribhuvan International Airport. S/he will help you transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 02: Early in the morning drive by bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Overnight at Pokhara hotel.
We will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu by bus takes around 6 hours. On the way, we will pass from side to side with terrace farms. We can see villages as well as cities with stunning views of snow-topped peaks.
Pokhara holds three mesmerizing lakes in its region- Phewa, Rupa and Begnas. At Pokhara, we can also get pleasure from sightseeing at well-liked tourist areas like Davi’s fall, Gupteshore cave, renowned Fewa Lake. You can enjoy boating in fewa lake and visit Tal barahi temple lying in the heart of the lake
You can also sail to the next shore of the lake and hike to peace Stupa etc. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 03: Pokhara – after breakfast then drive to Phedi by private transportation 1hr and walk up to Dhampus village two hours, Over Night Guest House/Lodge. (B)
As we finish our breakfast in Pokhara, we will drive to Phedi on this day taking a private vehicle which takes around an hour.
After that, we will walk to Dhampus Village taking another two hours. We will actually have an enjoyable walk as we will get to see astonishing vistas of Annapurna Himalayan range and Manaslu range along with popular Mt. Machhapuchhre.
We will also pass by a cool shaded area full of trees to reach Dhampus village. Overnight at guesthouse or lodge.
Day 04: After breakfast walk up to Deurali and trek down to Tolka village. It takes 4 hours (1700m altitude) overnight at teahouse.
Moving ahead from Dhampus Village, on this day, we will make way up and pass by Deurali edge. Deurali also offers a remarkable vista of the snow-topped peaks and beautiful landscapes.
We will also walk through Pothana which presents memorable views of Annapurna Himalayan range including the Mt. Machhapuchhre and Manaslu range. It takes around 4 hours to reach Tolka Village from Dhampus Village. Overnight at tea house.
Day 05: After breakfast trek to Ghandruk village. Tt takes 5 hr (1900m altitude) overnight at teahouse.
This is one of the most significant days of the trek. After having our breakfast, we will walk to Ghandruk village from Tolka taking around 5 hours. Ghandruk lies at the elevation of 1900m and seems like the village is unaffected by modernity. On the way, you can notice beautiful sub-tropical valleys, dense rhododendron woods and icy waterfalls.
Here, you can also notice villagers, apart from farming spend their time weaving baskets, clothes and manage their resources.
We can also view enormous Himalayan vistas of Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Machapurhre (Fish Tail) (6993m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Tukuche (6920m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South (7219m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and many other peaks. Overnight at tea house.
Day 06: After breakfast trek to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara overnight at Pokhara.
Trekking for approximately 6 hours, we will walk down to reach Nayapul. On the way, we will also pass the grazing lands in the Modi River valley.
We will stroll downhill with green cultivated and amazingly conserved farms to the Modi River. Then, we will return back to Nayapul. Next we will drive back to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Pokhara to Kathmandu (200Km-6Hrs). (B)
On this day, after having our breakfast we will take the tourist bus from Pokhara to return to Kathmandu which is 200km drive. In Kathmandu, you will return back to the hotel. At hotel, you can just relax. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 8: Departure.
Today is the last day in Nepal. Our staff will drive you to the airport to bid farewell.
